Finally, a custom-made IT system!

Our organization stands for speed, transparency, and custom services. We have invested a lot of time and energy to make this happen. Some of this was noticable to the public, but most remained behind the scenes. The webapp changes this.

Technology is part of the Studied DNA. At Studied, I strive to develop the most efficient and effective tutoring system for high school students. Paper schedules, lesson reports, and registration forms do not belong here. Online lesson scheduling, report writing, and registration forms do.

Until this school year, everything was automated to a limited extent. It is safe to say that all processes were already pretty much automated. However, the annoying thing was that everything ran through different applications. On top of that, we couldn't share our data on guidance with students and parents. Think of something as simple as viewing scheduled lessons. Technically, we had the ability, but the volume of lessons and lesson reports made it impossible to do. All of this limited the speed, transparency and degree of customization of our counseling.

Starting this school year, we are working with our own web app. The application and the underlying IT system are completely custom-made. Every Tutor, student and parent/guardian who actively follows guidance with us gets an account. This gives the user 24/7 access to lessons, lesson reports and other data related to the guidance. In addition, the user is kept in the loop 24/7 about developments regarding the guidance through automatically generated emails. The web app has many more new features and functions, but the main point is that our guidance will be even faster, more transparent and tailored to your needs.

The new workflow will be introduced appropriately. Parents and kids who currently follow guidance with us will receive an email about the use of the webapp. In addition, the use will be discussed during the interview at the beginning of the year. In this way we ensure that the transition to this workflow is as smooth as possible for them. New parents and kids will receive instructions about the webapp at the introductory meeting and registration.
