Our lectures focus on theory. A lecture covers the basic theory, basic application and basic insights of a subject. Participants receive from us a subject handbook containing a concise overview of the exam material with tips and exam papers + the slides of the lecture(s) participated in. In particular, we offer lectures for the exam kids. These lectures of the exam subjects are available throughout the year. The training courses are focused on practice. A training course focuses on the successful application of the material for the purpose of making assignments and tests. Just like a lecture, participants receive our subject handbook containing a concise overview of the exam material with tips and exam papers + the slides of the training course(s) participated in. Trainings are especially for exam kids. For example, there are training sessions throughout the school year on exam material, planning, fear of failure, concentration and motivation. The lectures and trainings make our counseling more efficient and effective. This is for a number of reasons. First of all, we can cover the general material that needs to be repeated a lot in the lectures and training sessions for a lower amount than if this had to be done in the private lessons or group lessons. In addition, we know from tutoring kids who attend the lectures and trainings that they have had the basics. They can then focus on personal complications in the private and group lessons. The handbook and the slides that the participants of lectures and training sessions play a role in this. The tutor children can look up issues in this themselves.
