There is a new position available within our institution. We are looking for a "Head of Teaching. This is for two reasons.

First, we want to teach our student-teachers about teaching so that their support for our students improves. We want to make it clear that 1) we have the best student-teachers, 2) that we are developing their potential, and 3) show what they are all capable of.

Second, we are currently developing many training programs (such as exam and examination training). For this, we want someone to ensure that 1) the student teachers are creating the programs in the right way and 2) that we continue to add more valuable programs at the right time in the right way.
