Everyone is unique, with personal goals and challenges. That’s why we always start with an intake interview where you tell us what you find difficult or what you are struggling with.
Together, we will determine where you might need extra support, help, or advice. Based on this, we create an Action Plan.
We tailor the coaching sessions entirely to your needs. We regularly evaluate and adjust the Action Plan as needed. This way, you can maximise your potential, studies, and work!

I have doubts about coaching and I don't know if it's right for me either. What exactly does coaching mean?
It's quite normal to doubt whether coaching is right for you, especially if you're not sure what it entails. Coaching goes beyond homework guidance or tutoring. Do you suffer from anxiety or stress around your studies? Do you find it difficult to stay motivated? Or do you want to develop specific study skills and do you need guidance in your studies or career? Then coaching is for you. It not only focuses on your academic performance, but especially on your personal growth.
What is the difference between coaching and homework guidance?
Choosing between coaching and homework guidance can be difficult if you don't know exactly what you need. Coaching focuses partly on your studies, but mainly on your personal growth and development. For example, it helps you manage stress or anxiety and develop presentation or communication skills. However, if you mainly need help doing and planning your homework, homework guidance is a better fit for you.

We understand that you may prefer to work towards your goals in a group. We also offer group coaching sessions with at least one friend, or in a small group with others who have similar support needs. Our groups consist of 2 to a maximum of 4 participants. To ensure that the coaching sessions suit everyone, we always start with an intake interview. This is how we ensure that everyone can get the best out of themselves!
Is coaching suitable for students and students with support needs?
We understand that some students and students need extra support. Our coaching sessions are a good fit for this. Although our student teachers are not specialists, we do our utmost to fully tailor the coaching to your personal needs. We work with experts such as educators and educators to ensure that our support is as effective as possible.
